Join KIRKBI A/S as Student Assistant in our Quoted Equity team. You will become part of a great team, working closely together with our two portfolio managers.

We offer you an opportunity to combine theory with practical experience, as you contribute to the management of a global equity portfolio with a strong focus on environmental and social responsibility.

YOUR ROLE AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Data collection and maintenance of financial models
• Research on companies, industries, and themes
• Preparation of PowerPoint presentations and investment analysis
• Contributions to due diligence processes

In your role as Student Assistant, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects, offering amble opportunity for continued learning and personal development. The tasks will vary depending on the projects, but we strive to offer relevant experience for anyone considering a future career in equity investing.

WHO YOU ARE:

• You are approximately at your final year of your bachelor’s degree within a relevant field of study.
• You have some experience with financial modelling and a good understanding of equity valuation frameworks.
• You are committed to your schoolwork and have good credentials.
• You are fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
• You are comfortable in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Relevant work experience is welcomed but not required.

Furthermore, you have an eagerness to learn and a genuine interest in the world of investing. You possess an analytical mindset, with a good sense of detail and a reflective working approach. You have a natural curiosity and take pride in delivering high-quality work. As a trusted team member, you will be expected to handle confidential information with the highest integrity.

LOCATION IN BILLUND

You will be based in our Billund headquarters. You are expected to work 15-20 hours per week with a high degree of flexibility to ensure that the workload does not compromise academic ambitions. Remote work from home can be agreed when befitting the work tasks.

The KIRKBI and LEGO Group in Billund have a pendler/commuting community where students and remote workers are self-organised in helping each other with transportation solutions.
